Dilapidated Highland hotel snapped up pre-auction by unidentified buyer who offered 'in excess of asking price'

The Forsinard Hotel has been sold for more than its original asking price of £98,000, it has been confirmed.

The run-down property in a remote part of Sutherland had been due to go up for auction earlier this month.
