Crash near Aberlour on the B9102 in Moray sees female driver airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

A WOMAN has been airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment following a one car road crash in Moray.

Police were called to a report of a crash on the road at around 8.50am.

Police were called to the B9102 at Elchies near Aberlour just before 9am this morning (October 12) after a report of a crash on the road.

Emergency services are in attendance and the road remains closed as of 11am.

The female driver of the vehicle has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by air ambulance.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At around 8.50am on Thursday October 12, 2023, police were called to a report of a one car road crash on the B9102 at Elchies, Aberlour.

"Emergency services are in attendance and the road is closed.

"The female driver is being taken by air ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment."
